the summer of craziness is over

Hey Guys

I have to apologize yet again for not posting sooner. This summer has been crazy. I have been on youth trips for 3 1/2 weeks already. But it is pretty much over. No more TRAVELING!!!!. I did just get back from a really cool mission trip to Salt Lake City. If you ever get the chance to go there, do!!! It brings our faith to light so much going to such a spiritually desolate place.

Anyways, Annalise is growing like a weed. She has started laughing and is rolling over tons. We are afraid she is about to start teething but it is inevitable so we can't be too scared. Tonight we secured a place for her to go to daycare. That is the one thing we didn't want to do but it is our place in life right now and we have found a good place that is very loving and it is in a home a couple of streets away from my office so I can run right over there if need be.

She has taken to her Johnny Jumper and loves it (In fact she loves it so much she fell asleep in it the other day(see pic)) She is the cutest thing ever and we love her so much.

She is on her schedule and sleeping well.

Well gotta run but we will update soon with more pics from the summer!!!

Love you guys

busy times

hey Guys,

Sorry it has been so long, we are so busy with summer events. We leave for camp on monday and have almost 90 people going. WOW!!! Anyways, we got Annalise dedicated at church on Mothers day and she was the cutest one there. It was definitely a special day for Mandy. She go her shots and that was a really hard day and then Bryan went away for a week to Super Summer so he didnt get to see her much for a week. It was hard but we got through it. She is growing so much and has recently discovered the wonders of the bumbo. She looks like a little adult in just chilling out. Any day now she is going to roll over and we will be sad because she is getting so big. She also traveled to Anadarko to meet her great-grandma. Next up is camp and then to Dallas to meet the family there. Keep in touch everyone. We are out.

busy times busy times

sorry it has been so long with a new post, life has been crazy. Annalise has been growing like a weed, she is now 7lbs 9 oz at the doctor this week. She turned one month old and she has changed so much. She loves to smile and she loves to sleep. We got her newborn pictures taken this week and we will send you all the link as soon as we get it. (she did leave daddy a nice present in his hand while he was holding her naked this week). Today she went furniture shopping with us for the first time and she has just had a blast. She loves watching sports with Dad, in fact if you can't tell, she is already a rangers fan. Mandy and I watched this Oprah episode that talks about baby's secret language so we are trying to figure out what she is saying now. Well thats all for now, enjoy the pics.

1st doctors appt.

Annalise went to the doctor on friday for the first time and everything was great. She was measured wrong at the hospital apparently and she is only 18 1/2 inches long versus 20 inches. She weighed 6 lbs 8 oz which was great because that is an ounce more than her birth weight. The doctor was very pleased. We are trying to begin putting her on her schedule and she is doing well. Today she has been fussy but hey what baby isnt. Mandy's mom and dad are here and my mom comes tomorrow. I have to go back to work tomorrow and we are a little apprehensive about that. It will all be ok though. Gotta go so we can feed here yet again.

The Trip Home

FInally we got to go home!!! We werent able to leave the hospital til 4 pm on Wednesday but we got home and she slept the whole way home. She loves her new house and has actually been sleeping for most of the night (to the gratefulness of Mandy and I). Lucy has been real good with her and is almost mothering her. That is a huge relief. We finally got her to begin breastfeeding after a consultation with the Lactation consultant at the hospital. Annalise is the cutest thing there ever was. Here are some new pics for you guys to check out.
